When placing an order, registering, signing up for a newsletter we collect personal information. We may ask for; Your name, Your address, Delivery address, Email, Telephone number, Credit card information and other information may be required to help with accessing our website

Your personal information in our customer purchase records will be kept as long as necessary to carry out our legal obligation to our customers and any follow up activity. Your information may be kept up to 3 months unless you agree that the information can be kept longer.
Analytic records may be kept up to 12 months
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How we protect your data

- When a new order is made an alert is made through our email. The emails are deleted from the system when read.
- We use Bullguard Security for scanning our computers
- Payment is through gateway provider PayPal which has its own security measures in place. This information is not stored on our servers.
- Access to personal information is limited and accessed by passwords.
It must be noted that whatever measures are put in place nothing is 100% safe
What data breach procedures we have in place
- On the discovery of a security breach IT support will be immediately required through our IT support operatives to contain the breach, discover what has been breached.
- If personal data has been compromised the person(s) will be notified asap after containment.
