All content on No6 The slack website is protected by copyright. Any material from this website cannot be used for any purpose other than to access and view the website. You are allowed to electronically copy and print your completed order form as a record of your transaction with No6 The slack.
- Description of Goods
We make every effort to ensure that the description of the goods is as accurate as possible.
We make every effort to display the colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your computer can accurately reflect the colours of the products.
3.Your contract with us
Orders will be processed once we have received payment for the whole amount.
When the payment has been received we will send an email to confirm payment and the order will be processed.
Once we have accepted the order and have received the payment a legally binding contract occurs between us and you, the customer, This contract does not affect your statutory rights.
All prices as shown in the online shop include VAT and are in pound sterling.
Delivery charges, where applicable will be shown at the checkout.
Our prices may change over time, but this will not affect orders already submitted.
Whilst we take every effort to maintain the website including the prices, errors may occur and we will contact you to inform you if a pricing error has occurred that affects your order. You will have an option of continuing the transaction at the correct prices or cancelling the transaction.
Orders over £10
For orders over £10.00 delivery is free and will be delivered via Royal Mail 2nd class.
Orders over £10.00 delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class will incur relevant charges.
Orders under £10.00
Orders under £10.00 will incur relevant charges for 2nd and 1st Class Royal Mail.
Processing of orders
Orders placed before 12 noon will be posted the same working day.
Orders place after 12 noon will be posted the following working day.
Working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Orders will not be processed on Saturdays and Sundays
Orders can be made on Saturday and Sunday but will not be processed until Monday.
Occasionally there may be a disruption to the processing times which we will indicate on the website home page or will contact you via email or telephone.

If we are unable to supply you with a product that you have ordered from our website we will contact you by email or by telephone.
Your order will not be processed and if payment has been taken, you will have the price of the unavailable products refunded with any delivery charges that you may have paid for.
- Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel the contract at any time from placing the order and up to 14 days after receiving the order.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you will need to contact us via the Contact Us section of the website within the 14 days after receipt of the order.
Once you have cancelled the order with us you have another 14 days in which to return the items.
If you had the products delivered to yourself using 1st class postage or any other additional delivery cost this will not be refunded unless the product was faulty.
If you cancel the order before you have received the products but after we have processed the products, on delivery of the products you must return the products to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, at your own cost and risk.
If we have debited your credit or debit cards we will credit your credit or debit card on the return of the cancelled products.
The credit or debit card will be credited within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
The products must be returned to us in the condition that they were delivered to you.
If the products are not returned to us we will be unable to credit your account.
If you return the products without paying for the return delivery we will credit your account the cost of the products in question and deduct the cost of the delivery charges from your refund.
Refunds will not be issued until the items have been received by us, in good condition.
Any items lost in transit will not be considered for refund, unless proof of delivery is provided by you.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the items you have had delivered please return them in the condition they were received and in appropriate packaging that will not damage the items.
Please return them within 30 days to No6 The Slack, The Slack, Ambleside, Cumbria. LA22 9DQ.
Do remember to obtain proof of posting.

We will be happy to refund or exchange the item(s).
- Account and Password
When purchasing from our online shop you may purchase as a guest or set up an account with a password.
This password is confidential and you must not disclose it to a third party.
We have the right to disable any account that we believe is not being used according to our terms and conditions.
Payment is made by debit or credit card.
Products will be despatched once payment is confirmed.
If you have not received the goods ordered within 30 days of ordering please contact us.
If you do not contact us within 60 days of ordering we have no liability to you.
If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions we will only be liable to you for the purchase price of the products.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any of our rights will not be deemed to be a waiver of such rights nor bar their exercise or enforcement in the future.
